It's been quite a journey!
Calmos Café first opened its doors back in 1996. The dream of creating a restaurant shack with your feet in the sand, facing the beautiful sunset every day of the year came to life and what a journey it's been since then!
Music bands, salsa nights, reggae nights, locals, and tourists reunited in a laid back happy place where everybody is welcome to just enjoy life like (we believe) it should be.
Unfortunately, in 2017, St. Martin was hit by a major hurricane – Irma. And Calmos Café went to pause mode for a few years waiting for its next occasion to shine.
And yet it happened! In March 2023, Calmos Café restaurant came back with a new face but the same spirit. Welcome to our forever feel-good home, we love to share it with you!
